Our Administrative Staff

Our trained staff of administrative professionals completes the Maine Heart Surgical Associates organization. Each dedicated individual is committed to making your experience with us as convenient and easy as possible. They are ready to help you with forms, payment questions and all of the other administrative details surrounding your care — even overnight accommodations, should your spouse or an immediate family member require an overnight stay during your care. Members of our administrative staff are also experts on insurance. They are happy to help you with the details of insurance paperwork, and will answer any questions you may have.
